Chiquelle AB / Chiquelle.com (”Chiquelle”) ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners in other countries around the world. Delivery to European countries costs 5.95 EUR and International shipping costs 9.95 EUR. Shipping costs to the UK (outside EU) are 8.90 GBP / 9.95 EUR. Chiquelle is liable if the goods are damaged or lost in transit. You will need to contact our customer service within 14 days. If the goods are lost or damaged when you return the product it is you who will be liable. In cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order it is your responsibility to cancel the order in accordance with the conditions of sale. Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order.
Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address directly and automaticly. It is therefore important that you enter your correct e-mail address when placing your order. Save this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase. If you have not received this email within 2 working days, please contact our customer service.
You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards or Paypal. Regarding payment with credit or debit cards, Klarna manages all of our banking transactions and you can read more about their billing system here below. Chiquelle does not handle any credit card numbers. In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.
- Pay in  days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: United Kingdom.
- Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. - Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
The payment methods Pay in  days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.
Payment by card
Pay with your Visa, MasterCard or American Express securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved.
All prices shown on Chiquelle are including 25% VAT.
Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or otherwise as a result of Chiquelle suffer economic damage will be reported to the police. Chiquelle holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is obviously incorrect, this may compel Chiquelle to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
Discount codes do not apply to Beauty Products, sale products and influencer collections (Margaux Dietz x Chiquelle).
Complaints Terms and withdrawal
It is important that you as a customer check your goods and products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If you receive your item and see that it does not match the one you ordered or is damaged, please contact us within 14 days. Any complaints shall be made to our customer service via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, or through our contact form on the contact page. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to Chiquelle should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged.
For residential consumers in consumer purchasing, which means that the customer is entitled to the freight paid in return a valid file. In the case of that a returned product and errors or faults cannot be detected with the product, we will take a fee of 9.95 EUR shipping costs/return. Chiquelle has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.Private Consumers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same state as when received. The consumer pays return shipping. If an item is damaged during transport, Chiquelle should be contacted within 14 days.
During your purchase we will save some of your data to fulfill your order. Chiquelle treats all personal information confidential and nothing will be passed on to third parties. You have the right to request access to your data and if there is anything wrong you can get it changed or removed.
Shuttle Damaged goods
If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden it must be reported immediately to the carrier within 7 days. It is therefore important that you carefully examine your package when it arrives. Transport damage must also be reported to Chiquelle, within 14 days of receipt.
Chiquelle has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and can not guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
Liability for defects
Chiquelle responsibility for errors in delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Chiquelle bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
Chiquelle shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new/amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
Retention of title
All products remain in Chiquelle property until full payment is made.
These conditions are applicable where the Swedish or other applicable laws do not provide conditions that are in conflict with them. For residential consumers, the Consumer Protection and Distance Contracts, which also includes protection for the merchant.
Freedom of choice
All attempts at fraud reported to the police and Chiquelle reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.
